Dear valued customer,

Seven (7) days before your next renew date, an invoice will be created and send to you by email to your registered email address (on 00:00 GMT), and only one (1) reminder will be send one (1) day before your due date.

If you decided to renew, please manually pay the invoice as we don't have recurring payment enabled on our website.

Once the invoice overdue, the invoice will be mark as cancelled, your slot will be closed and all data will be deleted.

There is no suspension period and once the service cancelled, there is no way to recover it.

No action needed if you wanted to cancel the service.
