Anyone on monthly billing and account older than one year will receive an account credit (usable to pay any invoice). This is not applicable to the annual billing as an account with a yearly term already enjoying a 20 to 30% discount.
In most cases, the credit will be applied automatically upon your invoice overdue. But if you find your account has been terminated, the credit can be found at "Notification" on the up-right corner of your screen.
The credit is 10% of the amount you have paid to us for the account registered without an affiliate and 5% for the account registered with an affiliate link.
